Phlebotomist Job,Phlebotomy JOB
Phlebotek needs phlebotomists to assist with a health screening.
You will be working with a team to perform venipunture, take blood pressure, pulse, weight and height. You will be drawing 1 sst and 1 lavender from each person at the health screening
Location: Morris, IL 60450
Dates: 7/12 and 7/17 Preference given to phlebotomists who can work both days.
Estimated hours: 7AM to 1 PM both days
Requirements:
1. Certification or Diploma in phlebotomy or medical assisting.
2. Must have performed over 200 blood draws.
3. Must know how to use an automated Blood pressure cuff by Welch Allen or manual blood pressure
4. Must know how to use a BMI machine by Ormon.
5. Must be able to not smoke before the shift or anytime during
6. Must be familiar with order of draw. If you miss a step or are sloppy, you will be sent home and will be unable to work with us again.
7. Candidates who are Bi-lingual or have health screening experience have priority.
Uniform is black scrubs and must be ironed.
Pay: Depends on experience. Mileage might be reimbursed for those that live far.
